Kelly Bray has doubled in size in the last decade and some of that development went unchallenged when perhaps it should have been. The Kelly Bray Residents Association was set up to look after the interests of the residents of Kelly Bray. It is the organisation to contact if you know of any problems. Meetings are held monthly and are open to the public. A Kelly Bray newsletter is distributed to every house in the village
